PLEASE READ FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING: -All appointments will require a non-refundable deposit to ensure clients commitment and will be applied to the total cost of services. -A notice of 5 business days is required to be able to reschedule. (only 1 reschedule allowed per client. - If client has already rescheduled once and is a no-show or cancels the new appointment date. The 30% no show policy take effect, meaning 30% of appointment total will be charged to card on file. -If you decide to CANCEL appointment completely, the booking fee is forfeited and non-refundable -If you have had any previous work done by another artist, please send CLEAR pictures of brows BEFORE booking, via text or IG messages. All previous work will have an additional charge of $100. If you show up to your appointment with previous work without notifying me beforehand, your appointment will be canceled, and deposit will be forfeited. -A grace period of 15 minutes is applied to each client. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you are subjected to a $50 late fee OR an appointment cancelation.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you request to reschedule or cancel 4 days before your appointment day. Please keep in mind that with no shows or canceling last minute we miss the opportunity to fill in that spot. A 35% cancellation fee will be charge for any no shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment.
